A visitor (m, 60), with known medical conditions, was suspected of having a possible heart attack after climbing the steps into the Battlefield Chamber at the extremity of White Scar Cave. Team members, the two fire officers and a police officer attended and the patient was found to be conscious

A walker (f, 65) was reported to be feeling dizzy and unable to walk further on the steep path above Pike Lane, Langcliffe. Having been on the ground for a while, she tried, unsuccessfully, to stand again, so NYP was asked to call CRO. Team members drove to Lower Winskill,

North Yorkshire Police called CRO after someone, believed to be dead, was seen on the ground beneath Malham Cove. A small team searched a ledge above the site, then the Cove edge itself for personal effects. Once police formalities had been concluded, the deceased was stretchered to a team Land
