A walker (f) slipped while climbing a stile, fracturing her neck of femur. CRO members assisted the ambulance crew by carrying her to a CRO vehicle, for transfer to a road ambulance. Volunteer hours 23.
North Yorkshire Police requested assistance in recovering a deceased casualty (m,20) from the foot of Malham Cove. He was carried to a team Land Rover for transport down to the village. A small-scale search at the top of the Cove produced his possessions which were handed over to the Police.
