A Three Peaks walker (m) was reported to have dislocated a knee high up on Whernside.  As members were assembling near the Blea Moor aqueduct, the air ambulance was able to land close to the casualty and effect his rescue with assistance only from other walkers already on site.  Team

A young person walking along a bridleway near to Catrigg Force fell and dislocated her knee cap. Possibly due to excitement caused by the arrival of Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA), the young person may have inadvertently straightened her leg and found that her knee cap had popped back into position.
