  • INCIDENT 09/2026. FEBRUARY 8TH SUN 14:00 HRS, STACKHOUSE, SETTLE, NORTH YORKSHIRE.

    A member of the public reported a sheep stuck on a ledge in a disused quarry near Ingleton.  The team gave the sheep an opportunity to self-rescue.  When it did not do so, team members attended and, having discussed the situation with the farmer, set up a rope rescue system.
