Two walkers (f, f), one with an ankle injury so she could only hobble, reported themselves ‘lost, in a field with sheep’, although they could see the railway and both roads to Ribblehead. A small group of team members was able to drive almost to the walkers in a team

A visitor (f, 17) was reported to have fallen and twisted her ankle on the return leg of the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, between Baxenghyll Gorge and Snow Falls. Team members carried her to the family’s car and gave her into the care of her parents. Volunteer hours: 21  

A Three Peaks walker (m) was reported to have dislocated a knee high up on Whernside.  As members were assembling near the Blea Moor aqueduct, the air ambulance was able to land close to the casualty and effect his rescue with assistance only from other walkers already on site.  Team
