A walker (f) slipped while climbing a stile, fracturing her neck of femur. CRO members assisted the ambulance crew by carrying her to a CRO vehicle, for transfer to a road ambulance. Volunteer hours 23.

A young person walking along a bridleway near to Catrigg Force fell and dislocated her knee cap. Possibly due to excitement caused by the arrival of Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA), the young person may have inadvertently straightened her leg and found that her knee cap had popped back into position.

A walker (f 50) participating in a 3 peaks charity walk developed pain in her right hip and knee during her decent from Ingleborough. On route to Horton in Ribblesdale, in the vicinity of Nick Pot, she was unable to continue walking. CRO team members and a Yorkshire Ambulance Service
