Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a medical emergency for a walker (f, 69) who had collapsed whilst walking near Horton. Team members assisted paramedics to place her into a team stretcher then into CRO 3 which is equipped to transport a patient in a stretcher. This was then driven to a field lower down the track where the patient was transferred to the air ambulance team that had just landed.
