A walker (m) was reported to have fallen and banged his head, on the summit of Pen y ghent. He had passed out, but was now conscious and breathing, although feeling dizzy and unable to walk back down. Team members met at the car park in Horton in Ribblesdale and were setting off up the hill when it was learned that an air ambulance had landed on the summit and would fly the patient down to Horton for transfer to a road ambulance, Team members stood down.
