CRO were called out by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to assist them with a young person who was reported to be suffering from hypothermia. The young person had been on the playing fields near Settle swimming pool for about two hours before suffering from the effects of the cold, wet day. The first CRO team member to arrive on scene was able to help the YAS crew in getting their casualty to their ambulance.
