  • INCIDENT 53/2019 – July 6th. Sat. 04.59hrs – Pen y ghent, North Yorkshire – Mountain Incident

    A Three Peaks walker (m, 60) lost his footing on the steep, rocky path to the summit of Pen y ghent, falling about two metres and landing on his head, shoulder and arm. He sustained shoulder, opposite wrist and slight head injuries and lost consciousness for a few minutes.  CRO
