A visitor (f, 46) fell near the top of the steps up the side of Malham Cove, sustaining a head injury. YAS requested assistance in moving the patient from the accident site to the air ambulance helicopter. This was already on scene before CRO was alerted, so the crew stood the team down, rather than delay the evacuation.
