The team were called by Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team (BPMRT) to assist them with an ongoing search for a missing person (f,68) in the Hornby area. CRO Swiftwater technicians were tasked with searching the River Wenning downstream of Hornby Bridge to the River Lune. Just as the search of the river was completed reports came in that the missing person had been located safe and well by a BPMRT search party and CRO members were stood down.
