Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a walker (m, 72) who had slipped down a crag near Stainforth, injuring his arm and ankle. As the team was assembling in Stainforth, YAS advised that the casualty had managed to get back up the crag and the YAS paramedics on scene did not need the team’s assistance to get the casualty to the ambulance. The team stood down.
