The Team were called by North Yorkshire Police to assist with a visitor (F, 30) who had slipped whilst on the Waterfalls Trail and hurt her ankle. She was unable to put weight on the ankle or continue her walk. Team members attended , treated the walker and stretchered her to an ambulance waiting nearby. Our thanks to colleagues at Yorkshire Ambulance Service for their assistance. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery.
