Yorkshire Ambulance Service asked the team to assist with a walker (m, 19) who had collapsed and suffered facial injuries on the footpath near Janet’s Foss. Team members assisted the on scene paramedics to bring the casualty to a nearby field where he was transferred to the air ambulance crew and flown to hospital.
