The team was called by YAS after a walker reported that he had sustained an ankle injury. Telephone communication was poor, but it seemed that the casualty may have been in the Colt Park area, so team members were put on stand-by. Just as the duty controller’s PhoneFind message revealed that the caller had departed the area, NYP advised that he had informed them he was back in his car and on the way home.
