We were alerted by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to a walker (F, 42) believed to be suffering a medical problem on the descent path from Pen y Ghent. Team members and vehicles were despatched and a small team, including a YAS Paramedic and a team member who is also a paramedic, went up to the scene in our CRO4 ATV. On arrival, and after assessment, the walker had recovered sufficiently to be transported back down to Horton in our vehicle where she was transferred to the care of a YAS ambulance crew. We wish her a speedy recovery.
