Apologies for the late post intended to celebrate International Women’s Day; locked out by WordPress (again) all day. Purely by chance, half of our female, full operational members were snapped together, attending a call to a climber who had fallen at Giggleswick North, last June. As well as all being active operational members of the team they are (L to R) a Casualty Care Trainer, Underground member, Personnel Officer, Casualty Care Trainer (former CRO Chair) and Assistant Controller (Underground). Ten of our 55 operational members are female while two of our four first stage probationary members are, also.
