The team were alerted by Yorkshire Ambulance Service to an adult female with a suspected broken ankle. The given What 3 Words (W3W) reference put them in the Airton area. However following initial enquiries by the Duty Controller the incident appeared to actually be on Cross Fell in Cumbria. Following further investigation it was confirmed that this was an incident being dealt with at the same time by Penrith Mountain Rescue Team and CRO had been called due to a similarity in the W3W.
