INCIDENT 57/2021 – AUGUST 2nd MON. 17.54 – NEAR SNOW FALLS, INGLETON, NORTH YORKSHIRE – MOUNTAIN INCIDENT

A visitor (f, 40) fell on the return leg of the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, sustaining leg and head injuries. When the ambulance crew members were unable to find her, YAS called the CRO Duty Controller. Team members soon found the casualty, assessed her, provided pain relief and carried her by stretcher to the YAS road ambulance for the hand-over.
