The team were called by Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) to a visitor (f,62)who had fallen at the top of Malham cove and sustained a head injury. Just as team members were getting vehicles out of our Depot to respond, YAS informed us that the casualty had been able to make her way to meet the attending ambulance, and the team were stood down.
As 7 personnel had already dropped what they were doing and attended our depot to respond, this call is counted as an incident.
